Getting Started with SEE Learning (Live Workshop)
Audience: Educators from preschool to high school and affiliated organizations.
Format: Three 2‑hour live sessions—typically held online over a few weeks—facilitated by experienced SEE Learning Trainers

What You’ll Cover
Core Curriculum Focus:
Chapters 1, 2, 4, 6, and 7—covering foundational themes like creating compassionate classrooms, attention/self-awareness, self-compassion, communication and conflict transformation, and interdependence/global engagement media.sd5.bc.ca
Experiential Learning:
Live instruction includes reflective practices, group discussions, demonstrations, and opportunities to experience and practice SEE Learning activities firsthand.
Interactive:
Facilitators guide you through tools for classroom implementation, including attention-training exercises, navigating emotions, compassionate dialogue, and systemic awareness.
